CANCELLATION
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable cancellation fee.
PAYMENT
We accept Cashand digital payments through Cash app and Zelle. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of your beautiful new style.
RESCHEDULING
Reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your slot to transfer your deposit. Limited to one reschedule per booking.
LATE ARRIVAL
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Beyond that, a late fee applies or your appointment may be canceled.
